Juvenile & Parent Representation

graph circle

The Juvenile Division represents and supports children going through Juvenile Court. Juvenile attorneys and investigators fight to hold the court accountable to constitutional guarantees protecting juveniles, as well as specialized representation for their individualized needs. Together with youth advocates and social workers, the Juvenile Division works to connect clients to educational programming, counseling and mentorship by fostering relationships with community partners, schools, and service providers.

The Child In Need of Care Team (CINC) advocates for parents faced with removal of their children. CINC attorneys, social workers and parent advocates ensure parents are heard and supported during the case process through a multidisciplinary approach that addresses the issues leading to court involvement and removal. This unique approach aims to minimize the associated trauma with removal by decreasing the length of stay in foster care and increasing reunification of families.
